We are seeking an experienced Dental CAD/CAM Manager to lead and grow an expanding milling center team specializing in implant restorations and advanced restorative manufacturing. This role requires a technically strong leader who can oversee design quality, production workflows, engineering collaboration, and team development while maintaining high standards of precision and consistency. About the Opportunity:
This milling center currently operates multiple milling units continuously and plans to double team size and production capacity over the next year. The organization focuses heavily on implant restorations, custom abutments, metal manufacturing, and precision milling workflows.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to troubleshoot both software and manufacturing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily CAD/CAM production operations and workflow management.
- Oversee design quality control and manufacturing accuracy.
- Manage and mentor designers and technical team members.
- Assist with troubleshooting milling, software, and workflow issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to maximize efficiency and turnaround times.
- Help scale team operations and support hiring/training initiatives.
- Review advanced implant and restorative cases for manufacturing readiness.
- Maintain high standards for reproducibility and quality assurance.
- Support workflow optimization and continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with leadership regarding operational growth initiatives.

- Compensation range approximately $100,000–$140,000 based on experience.
