Description
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
· Well-rounded in all aspects of ceramics.
· Good understanding of aesthetics and occlusion.
· Maintain clean work area and equipment.
· All other duties as assigned.
· Receive and register the order on ERP system
· Contact the customer if the order or account have issue
· Support the customer about digital product
· Polishing and cleaning the product
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Certified Dental Technician (CDT) and three to five years related experience in the fabrication of crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
