About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Dental Laboratory Ceramist to join our team. You will craft high-quality, beautiful, and functional dental restorations like crowns and bridges based on dentist prescriptions.What You Will Do
Read and follow dentist work orders and prescriptions.
Build, shape, and finish crowns, bridges, and inlays.
Match shades, apply stains and glazes, and polish restorations.
Check the fit, bite (occlusion), and contacts before finishing cases.
Meet lab deadlines and quality standards.
Communicate with team members about case details.
Keep your workspace clean and follow safety rules.
Learn new techniques and materials as the lab grows.
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent.
Formal dental technology training or hands-on lab experience.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and artistic skill.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
