Currently, our advanced facility serves a multi-provider general dentistry practice alongside a specialized, single-provider Full Arch Implant Center.Equipped with cutting-edge digital dental technology, our lab currently features a strong technical foundation managed by two junior lab technicians specializing in high-quality zirconia and printed dental restorations. We are seeking an organized, forward-thinking Dental Laboratory Manager and Skilled Ceramist to streamline our workflows, expand our aesthetic service offerings, and lead our production team to the next level of success.Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Management & Scheduling: Oversee daily lab operations, maintain proper cases scheduling, manage timelines, and implement strict quality control protocols for all restorations.
Advanced Ceramics & Aesthetics: Introduce and execute custom ceramic services in-house, including layered porcelain, e.max, and high-end aesthetic veneers.
Production Oversight: Oversee design and production across dental restoration lines including full arch and single unit implants, basic crown and bridge work, as well as printed and milled dentures.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and foster a consistent workflow for two junior dental laboratory technicians. (Note: Existing junior technicians are fully capable of handling standalone CAD/CAM and milling workloads).
Administrative Operations: Manage billing systems, material ordering, and internal lab organization utilizing LabNext software.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise as a Dental Ceramist with mastery of layered porcelain, e.max, and aesthetic veneer fabrications.
Management Experience: Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within a dental laboratory environment setting schedules and managing quality assurance.
Software Competency: Familiarity with or proficiency in LabNext software (or equivalent laboratory management systems) for workflow and billing management.
Digital Dentistry Knowledge: Comfortable working around modern digital workflows, CAD/CAM design, and dental milling/printing equipment.
Soft Skills: Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, clear communication style, and a collaborative mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
