Front Desk Office Assistant (Bilingual – English & Spanish Required)

Madison Dental Works PLLC is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Front Desk Office Assistant to join our growing dental team. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn, we'd love to meet you!

No prior dental or office experience is required. We are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish.
• Assist with general front office duties and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
