Perfect Smiles Beverly is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and support the continued growth of our practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about dentistry, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Rotating shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and patient-centered workflow throughout the office. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage both administrative and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and staff scheduling
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
- Support and supervise front desk and administrative team
- Ensure smooth patient flow and a high level of customer service
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and collections
- Track office performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient care delivery
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulations
- Implement systems and processes to improve workflow and patient experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dental office manager experience required
- 3+ years of management experience preferred
- Prior dental experience required
- Orthodontic experience strongly preferred
Experience with:
- Treatment planning and case acceptance
- Insurance verification, billing, and collections
- Team leadership and staff development
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
