You will start by mastering our daily front office operations with the ultimate goal of transitioning into a full Dental Office Manager / Leader role.
Lead Front Office Operations: Oversee daily front desk workflows with a sharp focus on detail, efficiency, and a seamless patient experience.
Patient Advocacy: Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone, acting as the warm, professional face of our practice.
Treatment & Financial Coordination: Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and confidently to help patients get the care they need.
Practice Logistics: Coordinate appointment scheduling, handle insurance verifications, and maintain accurate patient records.
Bridge the Gap: Support seamless communication between clinical and administrative teams to ensure a unified office culture.
The Right Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, front desk, or hospitality role (healthcare or dental preferred, but we will train the right leader).
Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn the ropes, take on responsibility, and grow into a long-term management position.
Exceptional Communication: A service-first mindset with the confidence to discuss treatment plans and financial options with patients.
Rock-Solid Organization: Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with dental/medical practice software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a major plus, but a quick learner is even better.
