We are looking for an organized and patient-focused Dental Office Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. In this role, your primary focus will be optimizing clinical schedules, managing patient flow, presenting treatment plans, and leading our front-desk staff.


MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Applicants must have a minimum of 2+ years of direct experience working as a Dental Office Manager. Applications without prior dental office management experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities


Patient Care & Treatment Planning


  • Present comprehensive treatment plans and payment options to patients with clarity and care.

  • Guide patients through their care journey, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure high patient retention.

  • Coordinate with clinical staff (dentists, hygienists, assistants) to maintain exceptional quality of care.

Schedule Optimization & Daily Operations


  • Oversee and actively manage the practice schedule to maximize daily production and minimize downtime.

  • Lead daily huddles and coordinate front-desk flow for a smooth patient check-in and check-out experience.

  • Manage staff schedules, administrative workflows, and team communication.

Billing Partner Liaison & Compliance


  • Serve as the main point of contact for our third-party billing company (passing along daily patient collections, day-end balance reports, and insurance details).

  • Collect co-pays, patient portions, and over-the-counter payments at time of service.

  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and safety protocols within the office.
