Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish/English – REQUIRED.
Dental office management experience required.
Pediatric dental experience preferred.
Experience managing and developing a team.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced dental environment.
Knowledge of dental office systems, scheduling, and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations.
Lead, coach, and support the dental team.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and office workflow.
Maintain a high level of patient and family satisfaction.
Monitor office performance and help achieve production goals.
Handle patient and staff concerns professionally.
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
