Location: Naples, Florida
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + incentive-based bonus
Benefits: 401(k) with 3% match

About the Practice

We are a privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager who can take ownership of the business side of the practice and help drive continued growth.

This is not simply a front-desk position. We are looking for a hands-on practice leader who understands how scheduling, production, collections, treatment acceptance, insurance, and team performance work together to create a successful dental practice.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Dentrix experience and a proven track record of improving practice performance.

You should be comfortable looking at the numbers, identifying opportunities, and turning those opportunities into measurable results.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing the daily practice schedule to maximize production
• Monitoring practice KPIs, production, collections, and other performance metrics
• Understanding the relationship between scheduling and practice profitability
• Managing treatment plans and helping improve treatment acceptance
• Overseeing insurance claims, accounts receivable, and financial processes
• Working with patients regarding treatment, financing, and financial arrangements
• Maintaining accurate and efficient Dentrix workflows
• Managing and improving the practice’s existing ledger and collection processes
• Leading and holding the dental team accountable to established goals
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions
• Supporting the doctor in achieving production and practice-growth objectives
• Maintaining a positive, professional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of dental office/practice management experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Dentrix
• Proven experience managing dental practice schedules
• Strong understanding of dental production and practice KPIs
• Experience with treatment planning and treatment acceptance
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims and billing
• Understanding of accounts receivable and collections
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of practice performance

The right person is mature, organized, financially minded, and results-driven.

You don’t need to be micromanaged. You understand that a successful dental practice requires more than answering phones and checking patients in.

You know how to look at a schedule and identify where production is being lost. You understand the importance of keeping the hygiene schedule full, maximizing doctor time, following up on treatment, managing outstanding claims, and monitoring the numbers that actually drive the practice.

Most importantly, you’re someone who can lead a team while still being willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
