Dental Office Manager

Town Square Dental in Rupert, Idaho is looking for an experienced, dependable Office Manager to join our busy and growing family dental practice.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, multitasking, and helping a team stay on track. We're looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and help keep the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you will play an important role in both the business and people side of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supporting the dental team and day-to-day office operations
• Helping the practice stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
• Supporting and coordinating team members to ensure a positive patient experience
• Managing the practice's day-to-day administrative needs
• Using Open Dental and other practice technology to keep operations running smoothly
• Multitasking and jumping in wherever you're needed to support the team

Previous management experience is preferred, but we're also open to someone with strong dental experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

About Our Practice

Town Square Dental is a busy family dental practice serving patients throughout the Rupert community. We see a wide range of patients and provide just about every dental service a patient may need.

Our team includes dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, a hygiene assistant, and front-office support. We believe in working together and supporting one another to provide excellent care to our patients.

We're looking for someone who will contribute positively to our team and help us continue growing.

Practice Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMFirst Friday of each month: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

$20–$25/hour, depending on experience
