LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced, organized Dental Office Manager to lead daily front-office operations, support staff, manage scheduling, oversee billing and insurance processes, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.
THIS POSITION IS ONSITE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, patient scheduling, and front-desk workflow.
- Supervise administrative staff, support training, and maintain efficient processes.
- Oversee insurance verification, billing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient service.
- Coordinate with providers, staff, and vendors to keep the practice running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in dental office administration or practice management.
- Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, billing, and front-office operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.
Pay Details: $49,000.00 to $54,000.00 per year
