LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced, organized Dental Office Manager to lead daily front-office operations, support staff, manage scheduling, oversee billing and insurance processes, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.

THIS POSITION IS ONSITE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, patient scheduling, and front-desk workflow.
  • Supervise administrative staff, support training, and maintain efficient processes.
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing, collections, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient service.
  • Coordinate with providers, staff, and vendors to keep the practice running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in dental office administration or practice management.
  • Knowledge of scheduling, insurance, billing, and front-office operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office.

Pay Details: $49,000.00 to $54,000.00 per year
