Job Summary:
As our Dental Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage the front office team, support the clinical staff, and ensure patients receive outstanding care and service from the moment they walk through our door.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and coordinate all front office operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient communication
  • Manage and train administrative staff to maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all dental practice policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members
  • Work closely with the dentist(s) and clinical team to optimize workflow and patient experience
  • Handle patient concerns or issues with professionalism and care

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in dental office management or a similar role (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL)
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Fuse, Eaglesoft, )
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first mindset
