Starting compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including prior dental front-office experience, depth of knowledge in dental insurance processing, familiarity with practice management software, communication skills, and overall ability to perform the essential duties of the position with accuracy and efficiency.
We recognize that not all experience is equal, and we value candidates who bring strong, hands-on expertise in the full scope of dental administrative operations. Applicants with demonstrated proficiency in
insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, claims submission, EOB interpretation, claim follow-up, patient account management, collections, and dental scheduling will be considered for compensation at the higher end of the pay range.
Additional consideration will be given to candidates who have experience working in fast-paced dental environments, multi-provider practices, or offices with high patient volume, where strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

ScheduleFull-time position: Monday through Friday
This schedule is designed to support consistent patient access while maintaining a balanced workflow for the team, and candidates must be fully available for this workweek structure.
