Our client locate in Sarasota, FL is looking for a Dental Office Manager. This is an onsite direct hire opportunity with no weekend responsibilities.

Office Manager Role
The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day leadership and operations of a well established private dental Office. This position oversees the administrative team, patient experience, scheduling, financial performance, staffing, and office operations while partnering closely with the Office owners.
This is a hands on leadership role for an experienced dental professional who can take ownership of the office, develop a strong team, and help drive continued Office growth.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop front desk and administrative staff while promoting accountability and a positive team culture.
Oversee daily front office operations, including patient check in and check out, scheduling, collections, insurance processes, and overall patient flow.
Maintain open and consistent communication with both Office owners regarding operational, staffing, and financial matters.
Monitor Office performance, including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and other key performance indicators.
Help identify opportunities to increase production, improve collections, strengthen scheduling, and support continued Office growth.
Deliver and reinforce an exceptional patient experience, ensuring patients are treated professionally, warmly, and with a high level of service.
Manage staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure team members are meeting Office expectations.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
Support quarterly bonus programs and other employee performance initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of dental billing, insurance, claims, accounts receivable, and collections while coordinating effectively with outside billing and insurance partners.
Provide payroll support and oversight as needed.
Develop and maintain efficient office processes, procedures, and workflows.
Identify operational issues proactively and implement solutions without requiring constant direction from the Office owners.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable dental Office regulations.
Office Manager Background Profile
3+ years of dental office, Office management, or closely related dental administrative experience preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of direct dental industry experience required.
Prior supervisory or management experience required.
Strong understanding of dental office operations, including scheduling, insurance, claims, accounts receivable, collections, and patient flow.
Experience monitoring production, collections, and Office performance metrics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach employees, establish accountability, and build a cohesive team.
Financially savvy with strong judgment and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Proactive and self directed with the ability to independently manage day to day operations while maintaining strong communication with ownership.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental Office management software preferred.
Payroll experience is preferred.
