About Us

A Smile 4 U is a privately owned dental practice with five locations: Cartersville, Decatur, East Point, Dalton, and Hiram. We offer a wide range of specialties under one roof including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery using advanced, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology. We proudly serve both pediatric and adult patients, and we're committed to creating a welcoming environment and delivering an outstanding, memorable experience for every patient.

 

Position Summary

Our operations Director is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations, supporting staff performance, enhancing patient experience, and driving operational growth for all Clinics. This role requires strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position is on site and requires travel to all five of our dental offices.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations for all 5 dental offices to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
  • Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and office performance metrics for all of our Clinics
  • Handle employee training, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies
  • Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support marketing initiatives and patient retention efforts
  • Collaborate with dentists and leadership to improve office systems and patient satisfaction

 

Qualifications

  • Strong management experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dental office operations and insurance processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
