Dental Patient Coordinator- Endodontics

Colorado Endodontic Group is an established endodontic practice seeking an experiencedDental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

• Dental experience is a must (1 year minimum)

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
  • Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
• Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Compensation: $20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities:   

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedulesbooked efficiently

Experience:

• 1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
