We're looking for a motivated, patient-focused Practice Coordinator to join our team in Louisville! In this role, you'll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy office where teamwork, organization, and exceptional patient care are key.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist patients, creating a positive first impression
• Manage scheduling and maintain an organized daily calendar
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date
• Answer phones and handle patient inquiries with professionalism
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support administrative tasks with strong attention to detail

Schedule: 4 days per week, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of dental front office experience (required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
