Compensation:

• Non-exempt/Hourly
• The standard wage range for this role is $26.31 to $30.91 per hour.
• It may be possible to earn more over time up to $35.55 per hour.

Work Schedule:

• Full time, 40 hours per week
• 5, 8-hour days Mon-Fri
• 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Summary

As a Dental Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you would be responsible for keeping dental schedules current and correct and maximizing clinic templates. You would also keep patients informed of dental appointment details.

Requirements

• Requires one year of experience in customer service, utilizing data entry skills, preferably in a medical or dental office setting.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Dental Record (EDR) preferred.
• Some dental office experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year call center or reception experience.
• Some dental office experience a plus.
• Experience with underserved populations and cultural competency is ideal.
