Dental Patient Service Representative

Make a meaningful difference as a Dental Patient Service Representative with Chapa-De, welcoming patients and connecting them to compassionate care in a supportive community health team.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday. We are currently hiring for two shift options:

· Opening Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· Closing Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $26.00

What You'll Do:

· Welcome and check in dental patients, complete registration, verify required information, and collect payments accurately.

. Coordinate closely with front- and back-office dental teams to ensure patients are ready to be seen and maintain a smooth patient flow.

. Manage a fast-paced front desk environment, supporting a shared workload of up to approximately 15 patients per hour.

. Provide respectful, patient-centered service to individuals from diverse backgrounds while remaining adaptable to changing needs.

. Contribute as a positive, organized, and coachable team member, stepping in to support front-desk operations wherever needed.

What You'll Bring:

· High School diploma or GED certification.

. Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively with providers and Dental staff in stressful situations.

. Experience with multi-line phones, computer-based applications, and medical and/or dental eligibility preferred.
