Hourly Pay: $23.20-$25.00

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient service by greeting patients, managing check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate registration.
- Support efficient clinic operations by coordinating patient flow, answering phones, confirming appointments, maintaining waiting lists, and assisting with referrals and treatment scheduling.
- Provide flexible front office coverage by floating between Auburn and Grass Valley clinics, adapting quickly to different teams, workflows, and operational needs while maintaining consistent, high-quality service.
- Promote seamless, team-based care by collaborating with clinical teams, maintaining accurate patient records, protecting patient confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with scheduling, billing, and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to work at both Auburn and Grass Valley clinic locations
- Proficiency using a computer, preferably health record systems.
