Dental Practice Manager

Midwest Family Dentistry of Schoenaich, Germany is seeking a dependable and polished Dental Practice Manager to lead our team. This role prioritizes patient care and requires relocation from America to Germany. The manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 members and report directly to the dentist/owner. With a negotiable salary starting at €60,000 for a full five-day workweek, the position offers a structured office schedule and over 25 paid vacation days annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a dental team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Manage employee schedules efficiently to optimize office operations
• Handle patient relations and mediate concerns professionally
• Oversee financial operations including insurance billing and ledger management
• Coach and develop staff to enhance performance and teamwork
• Resolve conflicts within the practice to maintain a positive work environment
• Ensure smooth practice operations and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in dental management
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Dental Practice Management
• Familiarity with OpenDental software
• Expertise in employee scheduling and conflict resolution
• Skills in financial reporting and patient communication
• Proven team leadership abilities
