Position Overview
Full Time Patient Coordinator
Monday-Thursday schedule
Reports to the Office Manager
This position's home office is Kennesaw; however, occasional travel to support other Sage Dental locations may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Greet every patient and visitor with warmth and professionalism
Coordinate patient check-in and check-out
Schedule appointments and maintain a clean, accurate calendar
Conduct insurance verification and pre-authorizations
Provide additional support across daily front-office operations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
