We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth front-office operations in a fast-paced pediatric dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and check them in/out for appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance information and assist with payment processing
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow
- Manage office communications, including emails and reminders
- Uphold a clean, welcoming, and professional front-desk environment
- Previous experience in a dental office preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer systems
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing practices is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
