Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule and confirm appointments for orthodontic consultations and treatments.
Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with insurance verification and processing to ensure smooth billing.
Communicate treatment plans and follow-up care instructions clearly to patients.
Coordinate with orthodontists and dental staff to optimize patient flow.
Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a pleasant experience for visitors.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office
Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
