Dental Receptionist

The Dental Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting a small dental team of 2-5 members by managing both clinical and administrative tasks. This position involves occasional assisting the dentist chairside during procedures, taking x-rays, but mainly coordinating patient appointments, and handling front desk responsibilities with regular patient interaction. The ideal candidate will provide efficient insurance verification and billing support while fostering a welcoming environment for patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Assist dentist chairside during dental procedures
• Manage front desk reception duties
• Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits
• Support billing and invoicing processes
• Insurance Verification

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Dental Receptionist

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in chairside assistance and dental radiography
• Experience with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Effective communication and multitasking skills
• Bilingual in Spanish or Ukraine.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality control
