Position: Dental Recruiter (Remote 1099 Contract)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a 1099 contract position offering flexible hours, autonomy, and unlimited income potential for driven professionals.

As a Dental Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top dental talent across the United States. Your expertise will directly impact the growth and success of dental practices and labs by connecting them with qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates through online platforms, databases, and networking

• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and fit

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and client communication

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients

• Stay informed about current trends and needs in the dental industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dental background (clinical, administrative, or laboratory)

• Experience as a freelance recruiter in the healthcare or medical space

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

• Motivated by results and earnings, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit

• Proficient in using recruiting platforms, social media, and CRM tools
