- Act as primary lead on converting new dental school graduate opportunities into sales.
- Lead presentations with dental students, to improve student new business efforts.
- Own the process of policy and endorsement issuance for all assigned Dental accounts.
- Meet annual, new business targets and hit ratios.
- Build and execute the Dental Division strategic plan.
- Analyze market for targeted growth opportunities.
- Lead direct oral surgeons sales efforts.
- Assist in cross selling efforts on direct book of business.
- Assist with dental association relationship management.
- Develop infrastructure with partners to maximize new business opportunities.
- Support independent agent relationships at organized dental events across the country and sell MedPro Group to prospective dentists.
- Contribute to special projects on cross-functional teams.
- Provide support to Distribution Partners on an ongoing basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
