Dental Surgical Assistant Mesa, Long Term

We are in search of an Long Term Oral Maxillofacial surgical

assistant to join our clinical team. If you want a long term career in dentistry, we will train the right person!

work ethic are imperative. Dental experience/x-ray certification are preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist with surgical procedures including IV sedation
• Assist with consultations and take X-rays as needed
• Provide top notch care to our patients in a friendly, kind and courteous manner
• Process instruments in sterilization
• Set and clean up of Surgical rooms
• Monitor vitals during sedations
• Maintain confidential records
• Organizing, stocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be willing to sustain long-term employement for at least 2 years (no schooling, no part time)
• Be willing to work a full 5 days per week
• May need to work at 4 East Valley locations
• Musts have good computer and typing skills
• Must be professional, positive and have a desire to grow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to multi task
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Must be detailed oriented
• Be willing to work outside of our office hours on occasion

At AZ Max, we offer a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures.
