Dental Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking friendly and professional staff to come on board. The job comes with training, only if you are reliable. If you have dental experience, that's an advantage. Still, even if you do not have dental experience, related experience such as customer service, medical field, or front receptionist experiences are welcome.Job Descriptions:He/she must be able to perform a variety of tasks and duties including, but not limited to:Organize and maintain the patient charting process, prioritizing and reviewing charts for completeness.Courteously answers the telephone and interact professionally with patientsGreet all patients with a smile and a professional, courteous attitudeManage the patient schedule, working cooperatively with front and back-office staff to ensureworkflowVerify insurance coverage for the planned treatmentCollect payment from patients and reconciles daily cash reportsPreparing patient prescriptionsPresent treatment plans after calculating patient co-payments and insurance benefitsEducating patients about their treatmentPreparing & submitting dental claims Preferred Job Requirements:1+ years of work experience in healthcare, finances, or sales1+ years of experience in dentalStrong verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills  COVID-19 precautionsFully vaccination against COVID-19 requiredPersonal protective equipment provided or requiredSocial distancing guidelines in placeSanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in placeSalary$20-27 per hour, depending on experience
