experienced, motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing periodontal office!

- Comfortable with third-party financing — experience presenting and coordinating financing options is strongly preferred.
- A strong communicator — you can explain complex treatment and financial information clearly and confidently.
- A team player — you understand that great patient care requires collaboration and communication across the entire team.
What You'll Do
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping patients move from
diagnosis to treatment. You will:
- Coordinate and present treatment plans.
- Educate patients about recommended periodontal treatment.
- Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, and payment options.
- Assist patients with third-party financing.
- Help patients make informed decisions about their care.
- Communicate with insurance companies and help maximize patient benefits.
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment.
- Maintain accurate records and financial information.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications- Dental Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Radiology License (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (REQUIRED)
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. (REQUIRED)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently. (REQUIRED)
