Smiles Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a warm, polished, highly organized Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team and support our Office Manager and clinical team in delivering exceptional care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:


• Present treatment plans with clarity and confidence


• Coordinate pediatric, orthodontic, and sedation scheduling


• Communicate with parents before and after visits


• Support the Office Manager in organizing administrative flow


• Ensure each family feels welcomed, informed, and cared for


Experience:


• Dental or medical office experience preferred


• Knowledge of dental insurance and fee-for-service workflows is encouraged


• Strong communication skills


• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a dynamic environment


• Interest in digital workflows a plus
