We see a wide variety of patient needs every day, and our Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their options while keeping treatment moving smoothly from start to finish.

This role is about much more than presenting treatment plans—it's about building trust with patients, supporting the doctors and clinical team, and helping the entire office work together efficiently.

Qualities We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of dental treatments, insurance benefits, and financial arrangements

  • Works well with different personalities and helps bring people together
  • Calm under pressure and able to solve problems as they arise
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions
  • Dependable, accountable, and willing to step in wherever needed
  • Someone who contributes to a positive culture and leads by example every day
Job Responsibilities
  • Present treatment plans and answer patient questions
  • Help with answering phones, check-in, check-out
  • Review insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements
  • Schedule treatment efficiently with doctors and assistants
  • Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment
  • Coordinate larger treatment cases from start to finish
  • Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email
  • Help keep schedules productive and treatment moving forward
  • Help ensure excellent communication between the front office, clinical team, and doctors
We work hard for our patients, we support one another as a team, and we expect everyone to contribute to a positive, respectful workplace. We value professionalism, accountability, and kindness. We look for people who communicate well, take pride in their work, and are always willing to help a teammate when needed.

If you’re someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that values excellence without unnecessary drama, we’d love to meet you. Please submit your resume along with a few sentences about yourself and why you believe you’d be a great fit for our office.
