Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear, understandable manner
• Coordinate scheduling of dental procedures and follow-up appointments
• Discuss financial options, payment plans, and dental insurance benefits with patients
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims accurately
• Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in dental practice management software
• Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans to improve case acceptance rates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare coordination role preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning
• Experience with dental insurance verification and billing
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (Open Dental)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relations skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bilingual skills a plus
