A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a modern, patient-focused dental practice in West Hollywood, California, to recruit a highly motivated, results-driven Treatment Coordinator / Dental Treatment Closer for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
This practice is looking for a hungry, proactive go-getter who knows how to connect with patients, confidently present treatment, overcome objections, and turn recommended dentistry into scheduled care. The ideal candidate understands that successful treatment coordination is about more than discussing cost—it is about building trust, communicating value, and helping patients confidently say yes to the care they need.
The practice provides general, cosmetic, restorative, implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive dental services in a modern, patient-centered environment.
Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: Administrative day, typically up to 6 hours
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
- Team members arrive approximately 15 minutes before the first patient
Compensation
- Up to $35 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated treatment-coordination skills

Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Build rapport and establish trust with patients throughout the treatment-planning process
- Educate patients on recommended treatment, value, timing, and next steps
- Communicate larger treatment plans in a way patients can easily understand
- Discuss financial arrangements, insurance considerations, and available payment options
- Identify and address concerns that may prevent patients from moving forward with treatment
- Confidently handle objections related to cost, timing, fear, and treatment commitment
- Maintain consistent follow-up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment
- Re-engage patients with outstanding treatment plans
- Work toward strong case-acceptance and treatment-conversion goals
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure patients receive consistent information
- Maintain accurate treatment and follow-up documentation
- Help maintain an organized and productive patient schedule
- Provide an exceptional patient experience from treatment presentation through scheduling

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Treatment Coordinator who is driven by results, energized by goals, and confident closing treatment. Requirements
- Previous dental Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to achieve strong case acceptance and close larger treatment plans
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Confident and persuasive without being overly aggressive
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable being accountable for results
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence with unscheduled treatment
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with doctors, patients, and team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused dental environment
- Knowledge of PPO and fee-for-service dentistry preferred
- Experience with cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, and comprehensive treatment presentations is highly desirable
- Oryx experience is a plus
