Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans from initial consultation to completion.
  • Educate patients on insurance coverage for treatment and financial responsibilities and options.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Communicate effectively with dental staff to optimize patient care and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries to facilitate patient understanding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on dental procedures and insurance policies to better assist patients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a DENTAL treatment coordinator or DENTAL office manager with DENTRIX.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures is advantageous.
