Position Overview
Full Time Patient Care Advocate
Monday-Friday schedule
Reports to the Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
Educate patients on insurance benefits, financing options, and out-of-pocket costs
Enter accurate treatment plans into Dentrix and keep follow-up workflows tight
Provide excellent customer service to every patient and visitor
Partner with the clinical team to remove barriers to care
Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)
Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
