We are seeking a results driven Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to help patients understand their recommended care and move forward with treatment. The ideal candidate is confident discussing dental procedures, insurance benefits, financing, and out of pocket costs.


Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and answer patient questions.
• Review insurance estimates, payment options, and financing with patients.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients book appointments.
• Enter and review treatment plans in Dentrix for accuracy.
• Work with the clinical team to confirm procedures and dental codes before presenting costs.
• Track case acceptance, scheduled treatment, and follow-up results.
• MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN DENTISTRY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION . 

Qualifications

• Dental treatment coordination experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Dentrix and dental procedure coding required.
• Ability to explain treatment and financial options with confidence and empathy.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish .

Performance expectations


This is a performance based role. Success will be measured by treatment plan accuracy, timely patient follow-up, case acceptance, and scheduled treatment. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview.
