We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Kitchen Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about food, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we’d love to hear from you.


What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure a smooth, efficient service
  
  
• Lead, train, and manage kitchen employees
  
  
• Assist with menu development and introduce creative new dishes
  
  
• Create and execute daily/weekly specials
  
  
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
  
  
• Monitor food costs, inventory, waste, and ordering
  
  
• Analyze costs and work within an established food and labor budget
  
  
• Help maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards
  
  
• Work closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency and profitability
  
  
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen management or leadership experience preferred
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to lead a team while working alongside them
  
  
• Knowledge of food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations
  
  
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing menu items and specials
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Reliable transportation is required
  
  
• ServSafe certification is a plus
