Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established West Salem practice in Salem, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care while enjoying greater clinical autonomy and stronger patient relationships. Our practice model emphasizes quality, long-term oral health, and treatment outcomes rather than high-volume, insurance-driven dentistry.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
