Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $85,500 - $127,500
• Annual incentive plan up to 18%
• $20,000 in total bonuses (Sign-on and Retention)
• 13 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)
• $2,500 CME allowance plus 20 Hours

• 403(b) retirement with 4% match
