Position Summary:

The Dentist provides preventive, restorative, surgical, and therapeutic dental services to promote oral and overall health. This role includes direct patient care, clinical oversight of dental staff, and active participation in quality improvement and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, and procedures

  • Interpret and document radiographs and maintain accurate, timely patient records in the EHR

  • Supervise and support dental staff, including hygienists, assistants, and students

  • Contribute to clinic policies, quality improvement efforts, and peer review activities

  • Collaborate with care teams and assist with training and staff development

  • Support billing accuracy and compliance with all regulatory, legal, and organizational standards

  • Participate in meetings, committees, and clinic initiatives that support patient-centered care

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

  • Active Wisconsin dental license and current DEA registration

  • Current BLS certification

  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Commitment to community health and culturally responsive care

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
