Our growing, multi-office dental group is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our practice in Erie, PA. Whether you're an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking for mentorship, you'll have the support, technology, and patient flow needed to succeed from day one.

Compensation

• Base salary of $200,000+ annually
• Earn up to $700,000 annually based on production
• Guaranteed daily rate during your first 6 months

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
• Provide restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and fillings
• Perform simple extractions
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with specialists for implant, endodontic, and complex surgical cases

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday with optional Fridays
• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality dentistry
