Summary
The Racing Industry Charitable Foundation, Inc. (ricfinc.net) is currently seeking a qualified General Dentist to deliver dental care within a comfortable clinical environment, primarily serving adult patients. The RICF is a non-profit organization addressing the wellness needs of a specialized agricultural workforce.

The Dentist shall be responsible for providing corrective and preventive dental services, as well as basic oral health care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
• Diagnose and treat dental problems, including extractions and restorations
• Perform dental care treatments including X-rays, simple cleanings, fillings, simple extractions, full and partial dentures, partial plates, crown and bridge work
• Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
• Provide education to patients on oral hygiene
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school is required
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
• Current state license (Illinois)
• Previous experience in clinical or private practice
• Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
• Excellent bedside manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Spanish-speaking is a plus but not necessary
