PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
MINIMUM of 2 - 4 years of Clinical Experience, post-residency
DDS or DMD from an accredited university, active CT license in good standing, and active/in process DEA license
Proficient in Extractions a plus
Root Canal experience preferred
Ethical patient-centric provider
