What Youll Bring:
- Valid and active Iowa Dental License (or willingness to obtain)
- Enrolled with Medicaid or open to enrolling
- Comfort in treating patients of all ages, including young children (4/5 years and younger optional)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to clinical needs
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Denticon or Planet DDS EMR systems
- Background in endodontics or pediatric dentistry
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Dental degree from an accredited institution
- Open to new graduates with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Additional Requirements:
- Support staff includes 2 dental assistants, a hygienist, and front desk personnel
- Work schedule is flexible: typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday
- Able to handle approximately 9 treatments per day, with additional exams as needed
- Committed to providing quality care in a community-focused setting
- Must maintain compliance with all licensure, certification, and reimbursement policies
