ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT
Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified physicians, advanced practitioners, allied health, and therapists on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. - Guaranteed compensation of approximately $850/day
- Additional compensation at 33% of adjusted production
- Expected annual earnings typically $200K–$300K+
- Malpractice insurance and health insurance covered
- Relocation assistance: $10,000 (2-year commitment)
- Approximately 3,900 active patients and ~425 new patients per year
- Average daily patient load: 15–18 patients/day
- Crown and bridge work (approximately 3 crowns/day)
- General restorative and operative dentistry, no endo
- CBCT imaging available on site with planned expansion into implant placement
- Minimum 1 year of general practice experience required, 3 years preferred
- Team-oriented and adaptable in a busy outpatient setting
