- Guaranteed daily rate starting at $800/day during the orientation period (based on experience and clinical capabilities)
- Earn 32%+ adjusted production compensation, with opportunities to increase through the GEDC Progressive Provider Pay Program
- No cap on your earning potential

What you'll bring to the team…

- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health.

What we require you have…
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
