Cavanaugh Dental in Lansing, Michigan is seeking an experienced and compassionate General Dentist to join our team! As a General Dentist in our office, you will work closely with our team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. Our office offers a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care. We provide care to patients of all ages. Our daily schedule typically includes 8-10 patients in the doctor''s schedule (depending on doctor's preferences), in addition to approximately 12 hygiene exams per day.

Our dedicated team includes:

• One Lead Dentist (experienced) who comes in Tues. mornings and Thursday afternoon. Two full time dentists.
• Two CO- Office Managers
• Three FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
• Two FT Dental Assistants (hiring a third FT DA)

Schedule:

• Thursday 8:00-5:00 (huddle prior)

Compensation:

• Up to 35% Collections

• Intraoral Cameras in Every hygiene Operatory and one on doctors side
• Paperless Charting System
• Panoramic Machine
• Air-Driven Handpieces
• Dentsply Sirona scanner

Requirements:

• General Dentistry license in the state of Michigan
• Delivers exceptional general dentistry
• Customer service and interpersonal relations
• General pleasant, friendly, caring demeanor
• Excellent Oral and written communication
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dental environment
• Communicate well with patients and teammates
• Provide excellent clinical care
