- Location: DOH Duval County – Dental Center
- Work Schedule: 2–3 days per week
- Pay Rate: $101.81/hr (1099)
- Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
- Software Used: EagleSoft, Electronic Oral Health Record, HMS
- Requirements: Level 2 background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of general dental services including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, dentures (complete & partial), and extractions.
Required Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD Degree
- Active Florida Dental License (in good standing)
- Current/Active DEA Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- 5+ years’ experience providing general dental services
Highly Desired:
- Experience with EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record
